February 2/04 - 4/9/04 -The American Volunteer Pageant Directors and Delegates are collecting new and/or used towels and blankets for the Save the Chimps Organization. Send your donation via U.S. mail to: The American Volunteer Pageant, P.O. Box 439375, Chicago, IL 60643. Donations can be as small as a face towel and as large as a king size comforter and need to be received by April 9, 2004. Towels and blankets will be used by the Save the Chimp Organization. Visit www.savethechimps.org for more information. March 13th - Ms. Louisianna American Volunteer Woman, Nancy Bardwell is volunteering her time helping with pets at Petco.   24th - Ms. Louisianna American Volunteer Woman, Nancy Bardwell cleans out her closets and donates six bags of clothing to Goodwill.   April 2nd - Ms. Louisianna American Volunteer Woman, Nancy Bardwell is volunteering her time for a March of Dimes special event.   13th - Ms. Northern California American Volunteer, Hanh Chau is volunteering her time as a answering telethon calls for charity.   May     June 7th-11th - Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Strickland  volunteered at the First Baptist Curch Vacation Bible School and helping with the babies in the nursery   13th-17th - Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Strickland  volunteered as a counselor at Special Friends Camp (a camp for disabled people)   17th - Ms. Ohio American Volunteer Woman, Melissa Niosi volunteered at the Cool Cleveland and event for arts programs in Ohio   22nd - Ms. Louisianna Ohio American Volunteer Woman, Nancy Bardwell organized and volunteerd her first Queen for a Day event at Shriners Hospital.

	July 3rd - Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Stickland made an appearance at the Hotter Than Hell Car Show in Canadian, Texas 4th - Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Stickland made an appearacne at the 4th of July Fireworks show in Pampa, Texas   10th - Ms. Louisianna American Volunteer Woman, Nancy Bardwell will make an appearance for the Make a Wish Foundation and later that evening she will make an appearance at "Visions of the King" a tribute with 4 different tribute artists.   14th -Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Strickland, will be giving free pageant training to a few girls during the month of July   7/16 - 7/18: Kendra Strickland, Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer will be hosting a Queens Weekend in Texas where she and other Texas Queens will be volunteering at a nursing home and doing a Purse Pals event.   30th - Kendra Strickland, Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer will be attending a city celebration for Clarendon   30th - Kendra Strickland, Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer will  be attending the CASA of High Plains 10th Anniversary Celbration in Pampa, TX. The organization helps children in the court system and the event will take place at the court house.       August 3rd - Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Stickland volunteered at the Kids Unlimited event which is a Saturday program for at risk children in her community   17th - Ms. Ohio American Volunteer, Melissa Niosi made an appearance with the Akron Arrows with the American Diabetes Association   26th - Ms. Ohio American Volunteer, Melissa Niosi collected hats for the  Hats for Home Program where over 1,500 hats were collected and all the hats were sent to our troops overseas September  12th - Ms. Ohio American Volunteer, Melissa Niosi was seen at the Beachwood Mall for a fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation    26th - Ms. Ohio American Volunteer, Melissa Niosi will appear at the Diabetes Walk   October  - Ms. Ohio American Volunteer, Melissa Niosi will appear at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure   23rd - Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Stickland will appear at the Make a Difference Day event    26th & 27th - Miss Teen Texas American Volunteer, Kendra Stickland will participate in a bowling event to raise money for Children's Illinesses   November 13th - Ms. Ohio American Volunteer, Melissa Niosi will participate in a black tie event in Solon, OH for Isiah's Promise which is a Christian Adoption Service. Melissa's Barista skills will be spotlighted at this event. 20th - National American Volunteer pageant titleholdrs are announced.   December TBA
